This British coin is the first to feature a reverse created in collaboration between the Chief Engravers of The Royal Mint (Gordon Summers) and the US Mint (Joseph Menna). Their innovative creation combines an image of Britannia, a symbol of the British Isles, with her trident and Lady Liberty, holding her torch in a nod to New York's Statue of Liberty. The design represents the so-called 'special relationship' between the UK and the United States, a phrase coined by Sir Winston Churchill to describe the close alliance. This pre-owned transatlantic investment coin is struck in one ounce of 999 fine silver to The Royal Mint's bullion standard and is ready to add to your stack.

The words 'BRITANNIA AND LIBERTY' appear above with '2024 · 1OZ 999 FINE SILVER' below.
