2024 Music Legends George Michael One Ounce Gold Proof Coin

Highly limited one ounce 24ct gold proof Royal Mint George Michael coin from an edition of just 150 pieces! This new release in the sought-after Music Legends collection is a tribute to the life and legacy of the English singer-songwriter behind Carless Whisper and Last Christmas. One of the best-selling musicians of all time, George Michael, found fame as part of the pop duo Wham! and later launched a successful solo career. This officially licensed commemorative £100 coin features an exclusive design by acclaimed artist and sculptor Sandra Deiana, which shows George Michael’s signature look when he released his first solo album, Faith, complete with his iconic sunglasses. This motif is paired with Martin Jennings’ portrait of King Charles III to the obverse. Struck in 31.21 grams of 9999 gold, this collectable coin is from a much smaller mintage than previous 1oz pieces issued in the Music Legends range. We are offering this coin in its original presentation packaging with a numbered certificate of authenticity enclosed.
